The persons requesting the report know the customer names but often do not remember the full name that is in the work order record. I have tried using a lookup based on the name index but I cannot find a combination of commands that will allow a search other than using the complete name instead of the first letter(s) of the name. For instance, the user would enter "S" or "Smith" to find "Smith Manufacturing Company" on the browse screen. I am assuming that the browse screen is available in dreport's sort/selection processing.
