Good to know.
I have, somewhere on a backup tape, the 4.1 sources -- a client of mine
was one of the 3b2 beta sites. Good to know what the legalities are if they
ever went out of business.
I can't help but think they would be *much* more popular with their
audience if they made a point of putting the current source code at each
release into a formal external escrow, with terms that GPLd it, or at least
BSDd it, if they ever "go out of business" -- defining precisely what that
means.
Cheers,
