Blank pdf creation

I need a little help as my old age is creeping in again...

I am trying to generate an output from filepro (5.0.14 ODBC Network version) to 
a pdf.

I have a printer defined in filepro using location as win:CutePDFW (which is the 
shared name).

I run the output, it selects record and generates the output.  Then 
automatically, the Cute PDF save window appears where in enter the file name and 
save.

All looks to work correctly; however, when I go to open the pdf I see it is only 
a 1kb size file.  It opens a 1 blank page pdf.

Obvious question, what am I doing wrong or not doing.  I think I need to set a 
pfprinter variable but not sure that's the problem.
