I have used iSSH and TouchTerm with my iPod Touch with WiFi,
which works, kinda.  I have not tried it with a Bluetooth
keyboard yet which should now work with iOS 4 on the iTouch.

There was an update to iSSH this morning when I checked, which
may include enhancements for the iPad.

Both iSSH and TouchTerm include the ability to generate and user
ssh keys, although the public keys do require some manipulation
to get them in a format that openssh likes, now if I could just
find where I put it.
