Off Topic Telnet problems

I know this is off topic, however I know there are many out there using some
telnet to login to Unix boxes. I have a problem this morning that the Unix
will not login any telnet sessions. It will acknowledge the request and give
a login prompt. After putting in the user name it returns the following
message "Terminal ttyp0 is disabled - see Account Administrator"  trying to
enable the port ttyp0 gives an error message the ttyp0 is not a valid
terminal. I have rebooted the system and it continues to give the same
results.
