     This is where errors and omissions insurance can help.  At least they
will do battle with the land sharks for you...  (See:  www.techinsurance.com
if you don't have any E&O insurance.)

     As long as we're on the subject of E&O, which companies are the rest of
you purchasing your E&O insurance from?  The latest quote I got was $600.00
a year for $1,000,000.00 in coverage for filePro programming and the other
things I do.  Is that in line with what the rest of you independent
consultants are paying?
