I have a client with a data base running in 4.3 (I believe) on a windows
network.
They want to purchase Proximity cards and print the company name, picture,
and a bar code on the card. That card would then need to be taken to the
filepro station, the person's record be brought up and read to keep from
having to type the 16 digits (or how many) into the database.
Then upon subsequent use when the person comes to the window, put the system
in inquire on index mode, read the card which passes to the filepro screen
and presses enter.
Does anyone use a keyboard wedge that would accomplish that function? Have
suggestions, etc.
Thanks.
