It can be a daunting task to try to identify each
place where a -p is needed (a lookup is opened that
will eventually be written to).  However, to get you
rolling as soon as possible on your nightly processes,
I would advise that you fix all of the potential -p
problems on your nightly processes first.  Also, add
index rebuilds to your suspect indexes at the
beginning of the nightly processes.
