I'd be very careful if mixing Windows versions, and do a lot of research
and ask Seagate the tough questions...

Since you say it's acting like RAID, I'd be wondering how much it's acting
like ghosting/imaging rather than backup software, and if there'd be a
conflict when mixing Vista and non-Vista.
