Anyone familiar or have experience with the Seagate Mirra Personal Server?
It is considered to be a virtual RAID device which can continuously backup
(sync) data from 5 or more work stations (Windows or MAC) or servers.

I'm also wondering about potential conflicts between the syncing software
and the filePro keys being updated be 5-10 different users throughout the
day.
This device is not directly accessible like an NAS. I'm also wondering if
an NAS should be considered as a legitimate backup device (provided at least
the most current backup is taken off-site) or as the actual host of fP data,
as opposed to a server.
Opinions requested.
