It started out as the same netcat script & recipe everyone knows from Tony
Lawrences site, but then I took it just a little further and made it so you
don't have to copy or edit any scripts, and it works with most or all of the
installed printer interface scripts, so you aren't limited to copying and
modifying HPLaserJet, you can have a netcat or lpd "proprinter" or anything
else.
All you do is in the printer manager, add local, select Net for the model
and /dev/null for the device, and make a matching config line in
/etc/printers.
Installation is just "unpack the tar in the root dir"
The special interface script, the netcat binary, the sample /etc/printers
all unpack into their correct places at once.
