FP 5.6 Windows Install

When was the last time you installed a new program on this system,
with Norton and CounterSpy running?  (Or something else that involved
the copying of many files.)  Sometimes, it is the creation of many
new files on the drive that causes these programs to slow things down.
Also, sometimes one program or the other, by itself, will not be a
problem, but having two antivirus/antispyware programs running at the
same time can cause collisions between the programs.
