Meanwhile, I still have 4 copies left and what the hell... they will still
go for the $275, but as of this date and time June 30, 2006 at 6:20PM EDT,
these copies will be available at that price for no more than 72 hours. That
will give everyone a fair shake. As of this time on Monday July 3rd, that
price is cactus and I'll let them go through the web at $350.
