*cough*  This was from one of the developers about five years ago:

"You've had six years to get people off of SCO and into something else.  If
iBCS is unusable and ABI doesn't work, that's your problem.  ABI really
isn't a priority."

That is a -very- close paraphrase.  I remember picking cinders off the
keyboard after the conversation.

Other than that, nobody I talk to seems to authoritatively know who owns
the rights to the old Softa one at this time.  Considered contacting
FourGen and seeing if they can help with a native version?  It's seeming
like your best bet.
