will old filepro work on XP computer

You don't say what old version of filePro you have, but I have
successfully run filePro 1.2 on my XP box.  Of course, don't
expect to get any support on such a configuration.  :-)

I don't understand the "we'll spend zillions of dollars upgrading
our hardware every 6 months, but we won't spend a dime to upgrade
the software that we bought 15 years ago" mentality.
