OT - Potential Yacht Club Sale

There is a Yacht Club in Virginia that is looking for a complete solution
for their business.  They would like the program to do:

    Membership
    Slip Rentals
    Point of Sale (Restuarant and Bar)
    Billing
    Full Back Office Accounting
    ... plus all the other things that a Yacht Club does

They have looked at several canned packages between 2,000 and 40,000 but
find that they are not exactly what they would like.  They have a hardware
supplier who happens to be the one making this request on the customer's
behalf.
