Mark,

Filepro, in the destination field of printer maintenance would use
	1. win:\\servername\sharename
		Or
	2. win:printer name
		or
	3. win:ipaddress (if available)

Now for the more difficult question.

Are they able to print to this printer from windows?

What type of printer is this - ie. Brain dead windows printer or a PCL
printer?

You know the drill :)

If this is a parell printer, why are they using this Rube Goldberg method of
connecting it to their system. Unless, of course, non of their computers
has a parallel printer port.

There are some fairly inexpensive parallel print servers available that work
nicely.
