John,

Have him try   system ":menu:menu_group:gg:"   (or something similar) to see
if that will use MenuEze's system-wide environment variables for his print
jobs.  MenuEze, MenuMaster, and Menu-Maestro all have there menus under a
directory or series of directories, this is where the 'menu_group' name
comes from.  He can take a look at page 59 in the MenuEze manual - dated
1988.
