Printer destination

I have a remote client which is actually one of my clients' clients who has
a single user version of fP (Windows Native v5.0.14). They are attempting
to print to a printer attached to a print server on their network. The

windows printer name is:
Medical Xerox6250 on crfrsprt02

The client can copy a text file to:
"\\crfrsprt02\Medical Xerox6250"
And it prints fine (however the double quotes must be used).

However, in PMAINT destination if they enter:
WIN:Medical Xerox6250 on crfrsprt02
They get an error stating cannot open printer

If they enter:
WIN:"\\crfrsprt02\Medical Xerox6250"
fP cannot open the printer

and

if they enter:
"\\crfrsprt02\Medical Xerox6250"
w/o the WIN fP cannot open the printer.

My experience has been that if I can copy a text file to the network address
of the printer fP can print to it as well.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

However,
