OT: printing filepro on SERIAL PORT Linux

Honestly, that should be fine.

Do you have anything else that might have ttyS0 open?  No getty, comm
program like minicom...anything else that might have it open and preclude
cups opening it?

For that matter, did you try restarting the cups service to see if it
still happens after a restart?

Other than device contention, I have zero clue about this one.  It looks
fine from a permission standpoint.
