Oh wahh. You're so funny I weep. :)
The file needs to be accessed and probably moved or removed by an unknown 
user other than that which creates it, therefore it must be 666 or at the 
very least 660 and then the two users and the file must all be members of a 
common group which is not trivial to arrange. And only the two files are 
getting created by those commands, both text documents not executables or 
even scripts. Get over yourself already.

And your top comment implies I'm in your killfile, which is fine, except 
then you don't know that I've actually supported your comments several times 
and even directed work your way (and your wifes, the same week, in a bizarre 
coincidence) recently. Idiot.
