NY Sales Tax changes June 1

It had escaped my notice the New York State Sales Tax is declining on
June 1st (while in some counties, there are also some increases).  I was
reminded of it at dinner last night in a totally non-computer-related
discussion.

For those of you issuing invoices with NY Sales Tax, there are several
relevant notices, but I think the table in this one will suffice:
