Once more: I reverted your top-posting; please try to avoid it, I sort of
prefer answers to follow, not preced, questions.

HTML isn't a virus, it's Hyper-Text Markup Language.  It has nothing to
do with your fireqall or any virus or spyware, and not much to do with
filePro either (except that recent filePro knows how to generate it).

As Ken and Mark and I have already told you, it's your Email software
which is generating it.  It will not do so, if you tell it not to do
so.  So poke around in its format, compose, or send options and find how
to turn it off.
