Then it depends on none of the other things mentioned: only on wich
*browser* was being used.

Nope; doesn't have anything to do with the ISP, unless the ISP supplied
the browser, and manhandled the default search engine.

I'd recommend *setting it as the home page*, myself; loads very fast,
and is pretty useful to have around.
