Speaking of - I was having some problems with this a week or so ago and 
we finally fixed the issues.  John, I'm pretty embarrassed to tell you 
what it was, but I was re-using lookup keys too much.  I still think 
it's pretty weird that we were having the issues we were having as I 
wasn't re-using the main lookup key, but changing those did fix the problem.

This is great code for anyone who hasn't purchased it.
