Error message

I have a client reporting an error message I am not familiar with.  They 
have received it on three clients when using IUA.  She reports it 
appears in a read box stating:

Abend NIOS: Memory Chain Corruption Detected

I know they are on a Novell network, version unknown.  They are on fP 
v5.0.? Native Network 1-5 user run-time license.  Clients unknown.  
Sorry for the lack of additional information but the client is out of 
the building this AM and I can't confirm specifics.  All this infor is 
from memory and her voice mail message.  Is anyone familiar with this 
error.  Her PC locks up when the error appears and forces a reboot.  She 
is able to edit 3-4 entries via IUA before the error appears. 

The client has been using my application for approximately 5 years with 
no modifications made in the past year.
Is this an fP error or a Windows error.
