filePro not registering kicked users.

Saw your post - not sure if you got an answer that helped.

Your comment about the permissions indicates that filePro is not running 
with correct permissions.  If *clerk or *report are not set to 4755, 
then the lockfile created when a user starts *clerk or *report will be 
owned by the user in question, not filepro.  This will not allow any 
other user to make a change to that file, thus "locking them out".

 From the filePro Utilities, run set permissions.  That should fix the 
issue.

Mucking with the filePro permissions can be dangerous.  The only part of 
filepro where the Unix permissions can control access is with the menus. 
  Changing any other permissions in fp or filepro can cause strange 
things to happen.
