I think it was in Colorado where a Democratic Party strategy paper was
accidentally released to the public saying that if they can't find fraud,
complain as though there were problem anyway.

The first election I really remember was 1960 where voter fraud in Chicago
and Texas gave the election to Kennedy.  Nixon knew about it, but refused
to take it to court and precipitate a Consitutional crisis.  I've often
thought that Nixon might well have thought then something to the effect
``two can play that game'', leading to his Watergate fiasco.

Democrats have always been better than Republicans at voter fraud, with the
exception of the U.S. elections in 1864 where Lincoln had ballots color
coded by party, and Union troops watching at the polling places.
