reception at 5:30 followed by the Banquet at 7:00. This is an opportunity to
meet and greet with other property rights supporters, with fresh faces from new
chapters as well as many veterans, to share your experiences and to learn from
others. Many consider the reception as the best part of the evening. There
will be two no-host bars for refreshment. There will also be silent auction
tables with items for you to bid on for the benefit of the Legal Fund.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>

company of some of the best folks you’ll ever want to meet. During the
program you will get updates on what CAPR is doing to help protect property
rights. We are excited to announce <font color=maroon><span style='color:
maroon'>Kirby Wilbur</span></font> as our keynote speaker for this year’s
program. Best known for his time as a radio talk show host, he is now Chairman
of the Republican Party and a staunch supporter of property rights.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>

auction. Auctioneer Ron Marriotti, a founding CAPR member turned up the energy
and had the place going. We’ll crank up the auction again this year. If
