[Capr-announce] The Independent Campaign for Protection from Unlicensed Geological Practice

To all supporters of property rights;

 

Licensing laws were designed to protect citizens from unqualified
individuals.  The Geology Board has failed to enforce these licensing laws,
leading to faulty and false identification of wetlands and other critical
areas, and resulting in MANY cases of flooding, drainage problems, impact to
private property value, and damage to agriculture.  The Geology Licensing
Board must either enforce the laws or be replaced by a different
organization who will.  Please help us make this happen by signing this
online petition.
