[Capr-announce] FW: Rosa Koire -- Agenda 21

Rosa Koire will be speaking at 4 events in the Northwest.  Rosa's
presentations are excellent.  You can learn about the impact to property
rights from Smart Growth and other regulations related to Agenda 21 and
ICLEI.
