[Capr-announce] Finney funeral announcement

Louis F. Finney

October 31, 1930 - November 11, 2011

 

It was with great sadness last Friday that we learned of the passing of Lou
Finney.  Lou and his wife Judith were early CAPR stalwarts who sacrificed
much time and energy, both in fighting for property rights and building the
CAPR organization.  When there was a rally, a meeting to attend or envelopes
to stuff, we always could depend on the Finney's.  Judith was an early CAPR
Board member with Lou's support.

 

Lou led an energetic life into his late 70's including construction projects
when was home, in between many trips Africa and beyond where he spread the
gospel.  You didn't have to know Lou well to know that you were in the
presence of quality when you were with him.  We shall miss you, sir!

 

There will be a service for Lou this Saturday, December 3, 2011.  Please see
the attached page for specifics and more information about Lou and his
family.
