For those who want a detailed education on the subject of critical areas and
the laws associated with them, consider this weekend seminar.  There is no
more knowledgeable a person on the subject of critical areas in western
Washington than Steve Neugebaur.  He will explain what a critical area is
but more importantly, what it is not.   Attorneys Justin Park and Paul
Hirsch are currently working for the CAPR Legal Fund on other issues and are
excellent resources regarding the law in this area.  

 

Whether you are new at it or want to learn more, this is an opportunity not
