[Capr-announce] Justice Johnson Kickoff

To Washington CAPR supporters,

 

We experience another small or large attempt by extremists to limit our
property rights almost every day it seems.   Because of this we are
increasingly using the courts in our fight to protect and return those
rights.  Now, more than ever, it is important that we elect judges that
believe in the letter and the intent of the Constitution.  We have another
excellent opportunity in this election to do just that.

 

Supreme Court Justice Jim Johnson has consistently shown by his adherence to
the Constitution that he believes in property rights.  He is currently up
for re-election and CAPR strongly urges your support.  The attached PDF file
