let me know ASAP. We need someone(s) to man a booth with our literature.
 
If you are able to attend I recommend it. Although it is not a property
rights organization, they are allowing/asking us to set up a booth for our
literature.

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm writing you as a Member of an Affiliated Organization or as one who has
a widely distributed email group.  I'm  requesting  again that you help me
advertise, via email,  our "PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN" Event on Sept 13th.
It's a special, fitting day to remember our history and to pledge ourselves
to help work even harder to solve  America's problems.

 

We'll have some fine Speakers to help remind us of both our past successes
and our current challenges. We'll have some fine performers who will be
singing praise to our Servicemen  and to our Country.   Some further
description of the Event is given below and a complete description,
including specific directions,  can be found  by following the LINK below to
our website.

 

Here's my simple request to you now:

1.     Simply  forward this message  to those in your respective
Organizations and to your friends who might be interested.

2.     Encourage their attendance and support of America.  ( I realize you
may have sent an earlier flyer - - but as we approach the Event date, a 2nd
reminder could  be very helpful.)
