Menu includes either Carved Sirloin of Beef Au Jus with Horseradish Sauce or
Chicken with Mushrooms and Artichokes. Both entrees come with mashed
potatoes, seasonal buttered steamed vegetables, Emerald Greens salad with
choice of dressings, fresh fruit tray, assorted rolls and butter, apple
crisp with whipped cream.
