Hi Rod:
 
Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow at the oral argument.  It is nice
to finally have the hearing before us!  
 
I wanted to ask you to remind members of your group who attend the oral
argument that although the hearing is not at the Court's normal venue,
that the same rules apply.  Please remind your members that it is not
appropriate for them to hold signs about the case or the issues involved
(or to wear clothing advertising such). Because the Court is doing a
community visit, they will allow for questions from the audience, but
questions should not be asked about the specific cases that are before
the Court or when the Court will issue a decision.
 
I am sure none of your members would do anything inappropriate, but I
just wanted to remind everyone that the rules are different since this
is a court hearing, not a rally.  By having a good attendance at the
hearing, the Court will recognize the wide impact of the case.
