Here is the link below to the streaming webcast (video and/or audio) regarding the property rights oral arguments against the CAO before the WA Supreme Court.  This goes pretty fast  and well worth your time.  

Use the Audio feature only if you do  not have DSL or Cable.  The video is a  little delayed even with high speed DSL.

King County gets criticized for stepping  over the line forcing the CAO onto rural property owners.
