ADMINISTRIVIA:

Please note the address, capr-discussion at lists.celestial.com (e.g. the
lists part of the domain).  While mail to capr-discussion at celestial.com
will work, you may have problems getting around the rather draconian anti-
spam filters on that machine.

The discussion list is not moderated, but any posts from addresses not on
the list will be bounced to the list owner for approval.  Mail to the lists
we maintain pass are checked using spamassassin, and the clamav
anti-``virus'' program which minimizes the spam that gets through.  Plain
text messages are preferred, and HTML only messages have a tendency to be
flagged as possible spam.  Messages longer than 40k are also bounced to the
list owner for approval.
