The next regular board meeting of Citizens' Alliance for Property Rights
(CAPR) will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at the IHOP in Issaquah, 1433 NW
Sammamish Road.  Dinner is at 6 pm and the meeting will officially start at
7 pm.
